[MRCA] MRCA Meet at Gilbert

I could check into the 3885 net from The Peoples Republic of Vermont
with my GRC-106. I just got back from the Alaska convoy so I and the
bank account have some recovery time in order... I may use the whip or
if that doesn't work, the 530' loop.
