[MRCA] Suggestion for Gilbert

I think this is an excellent idea.  LET'S DO IT!

As Jeep points out, this is perfectly legitimate.  The Amateur Radio 
Emergency Service (ARES) does this as SOP:

The basic requirement is that you use your FCC callsign at the "end of 
an exchange" or every ten minutes in the Old Buzzard case.

I think for our purposes, we should each choose a "permanent" "aviator 
callsign" that we like.  Hell, K4CHE has been Zorro for nearly half a 
century.  Just the ending of you FCC call sign in phonetics might do the 
trick,  e.g. "OSCAR DELTA."

I'd considered instituting tactical callsigns wen we set up the Moose & 
Squirrel, but felt like we were breaking enough new ground already.  The 
segment of the ham community that believes that USB is illegal on 40 
meters would have been outraged.  Well if they can't take a joke.....

I'd welcome some guidance for people who actually did tactical radio in 
the military.  I was a REMF.

If you guys send me your preferred callsigns, I'll prepare a list for 
Gilbert.
