[MRCA] problems owning/buying rare radios

Al,

I'm getting to agree with you. If a piece of gear is loaded with custom
parts or potted or w/o any documentation, I pass it by.

For me, this applies mostly to Test Equipment, because my taste in radios
goes more to WW II and Korea gear.
