[MRCA] Switching power supplies

Just an update, the switching supply was way too noisy. I had two linear 12 
volt astrons that I wired up for 24 volts. There was a huge difference 
between the two power supplies. So much so that the switcher was wiping out 
weak stations were the linear I could hear the weaker stations. The noise 
with the switcher was worst in the AM broadcast band up thru 75M. Things got 
better around 40M. With the linear I had no issues thru the entire range.
