[MRCA] Harris RF-280 or AN/URC-94

The RF-280 shares most of the same modules etc with the RF-230. So if a manual for that radio should appear it could be useful.

Discovered that it has a failed tantalum capacitor on the mode control board and fixed that but the radio also appears to have a failed 12 volt power supply. I do have the unregulated DC voltage and the 24 volts regulated but no sign of the 12 volt source that appears to run most everything. Will try tracing it out tonight. The question is if anyone has or knows of an online source for the service manual or schematics for this radio. Figure I would try here before having to shell out the $100 or so it will cost from W7FG
