[MRCA] Harris RF-280 or AN/URC-94

Not having a lot going on in the shop right now I pulled out the Harris RF-280/AN/URC-94 that I picked up in Dayton. Discovered that it has a failed tantalum capacitor on the mode control board and fixed that but the radio also appears to have a failed 12 volt power supply. I do have the unregulated DC voltage and the 24 volts regulated but no sign of the 12 volt source that appears to run most everything. Will try tracing it out tonight. The question is if anyone has or knows of an online source for the service manual or schematics for this radio. Figure I would try here before having to shell out the $100 or so it will cost from W7FG
