The RT-698/ARC-102, beautiful set that it is, is a 618T-3 (with 1 kHz

Have you looked at K0IP's suggestions found at:

He has links to some likely sources like BPB Surplus and Murphy's.  I
bought one of those 49T-4 adapter plates used for the 618T-1 in
retrofit to old 618S racks.  It has the connector, plus it could be
easily used as a ham shack rack.  I got it from BPB Surplus several years
ago in new unused condition.  K0IP did the same thing.

I have also seen them on eBay, but it's been a few years since I looked.
IIRC, even ten years ago they seemed to cost about $50.
