[MRCA] Harris RF-5000 or 5200 VIC-1 Participation?

Hi there. Anyone know/have information about how/if a RF-5000 or 5200 (PRC-138) can interface with the VIC-1 system? Some way to create a cable that ultimately ends up with the 18 pin standard VIC-1 connector? 

Do such cables exist or must they be made from scratch. If so, anyone have a diagram outlining how to do this either with a 5020 or PRC-138?  This retransmit rabbit hole gets deeper!
