[MRCA] M and S net

[Al Klase]

NCS copied all stations except N3OD to some extent.  Perennial S-5 noise 
level here in Jersey City makes weaker sigs, that may be Q-5 copy in a 
quiet place, a challenge.  The Timewave DSP 59+ is the only thing that 
makes  operation reasonable.  Both KK1K and N3OD were portable in 
Roschester and Niagara Fall respectively.  I didn't catch how much power 
into what antennas.
