Hi John and all
from earlier projects I have two Collins 426T-1 400Hz supplies that would supply the power mentioned here. This is a germanium power transistor design using transformers to generate pulse-width modulated regulated 400Hz output (115VAC) from a nominal 28VDC supply. It is in a standard ARINC case and has no fan but needs some forced air for full power.

The units (incl manual copy) are available for the cost of shipping - here comes the snag - from Switzerland as I have no use for them. One was removed from a working MRC-95 system about 1995, but they are in good condition and repairable due to the few conventional parts.

If interested I can supply a picture or scan of specification later this week (I am out of town now).

Please contact me off list if interested: hb9aik at yahoo.com
