[MRCA] Fort Miles After Action Report

Hi Breck,

You did just fine logging into Moose and Squirrel at 12:00 hours.  As 
NCS, I was running the PRC-104 with an end-fed half-wave about 15 feet 
up in the trees at the MTA Meet at the Sussex County Fairgrounds (New 
Jersey).  I thought we were going to have a Fuchs to Fuchs QSO, but my 
12-volt battery was too wimpy for the RF-301P that used the tuner.

Flory also used the PRC-104 for the 14:00 CW QSO.
