[MRCA] Ft Mile and Ft. Mott Ops addtional push

Due to harassing emails about skeds and frequencies  I have been 
requested to  show up
on the M and S frequency 5371.5, so will attempt that push at Noon.
Will try CW on 3570 at 11:30 local and that will give me enough time 
to reconfigure for
the M and S freq.
