[MRCA] Ft Mile and Ft. Mott Ops

Dave and Mark finished the setup today at Ft. Mott including putting 
gas
in the generator,  and we had a two way
between Ft. Mott and Dover at approx 14:00 local.
We will attempt the 65 mile overwater path  between Ft. Miles, DE and 
Ft. Mott , NJ on Sunday at 11:00 hours local time
on 3885 Kcs, with 3870 Kcs alternate. If condx or bad I may key CW on 
3885 for a
few minutes.  And will listen for possible CW in the phone band and 
old trick but
legal and it works fine when condx or poor and you are attempting 
initial contact.
 Later may QSY to  3570 in the actual CW band.
