[MRCA] 10 mtr FM 29.4

In regard today's attempt at a 10mtr get together, I hope others fared better than I. I only made 4 contacts on 29.4. None were operating military equipment and only one was an enthusiast. 

If you did better let me know. I'm going to leave the SEM-35 on 29.4 so if you take a notion & it looks like the band is open, give a call.
