[MRCA] Lets try 10 meter FM

As most of you already know 10 meters has been raging for the last few weeks.
Prompted by N3OC there will be an attempt to communicate this Saturday on 29.4mc FM. If you don't want to wait till Saturday, I have a radio currently monitoring 29.4.

Saturday, 1st attempt 17:00z (12 noon EST) and second try at 19:00z (2pm  EST).

If you have a VRC-12, PRC-70, or one of the German SEM's you ready to go. If not, we will not bad mouth a rice box too severely.
