[MRCA] 10-meter FM Progress

Al,

I can get you a copy of the 9A schematic next week.  Also, be advised  
that the guy in Italy who makes the BC-611 power supplies also makes a  
module for the PRC-8/9/10.  Requires 6 volts in,  I use a rechargeable  
wet cell.
