[MRCA] 29.4 Ten meters Open

That's correct, the MC dial will not turn down past 30.  There is no data
plate.  There are a number of other features that differentiate it from the
norm.

The squelch control has positions OFF, TONE, ALT, and a blanked out
position called TELE.  There is an ANTENNA ADJUST control below the right
hand antenna connector.
