Gang,

We found 5403.5 KHz occupied on Tuesday at air time for the Moose and
Squirrel Cold-War Clandestine and Long-Range-Reconnaissance Net. We
regrouped on channel 4, but found sweeping QRM thought to be
over-the-horizon radar. We then moved to 7296 KHZ with mixed results,
and settled back to channel 1 on 60 meters.

It was agreed that a plan was in order. So, henceforth, if channel 1 is
occupied the alternates will be:

    CH4 = 5371.5
    CH3 = 5366.5
    CH2 = 5346.5
    CH1 = 5330.5
    and then 7296 USB.

Under current conditions, 40-meters will not support the close-in NVIS
paths we've been taking advantage of on this net.
