Based on your short report I would have the following questions:
First off, which breaker(s) are you kicking, one on the wall of your
shack or either one or both on the PS chassis? Overload relays not
kicking in?
Do you have the problem if you key the rig when in the "TUNE" mode?
If it starts up OK in TUNE will it then tolerate being switched to
"RUN"?
Work OK into a dummy load?
Do both antennas present a 50 ohm resistive load to the T-368?
