Here is my take on it:
The only mounting modification - if one can call this a modification -
is installing casters in the existing mounting holes in the skids.
I can move the T-358 by myself, just by pulling out the bottom
heaviest drawer. I learned to do this also all by myself, and to put
it back as well.
Without all the drawers, 2 people in good shape can lift/move the
cabinet using the handles, even without the casters. The drawers can
be fairly comfortably handled and maneuvered in/out of the cabinet by
2 men.
So that's why there are handles on the side of the T-368.
So there it is - does anyone have a better explanation?
