You should have not problem as far as PL frequency with the 151.4 PL on
wide band FM rigs, however the deviation of the PL on your civilian set may
be a little low with the "commercial"standard being around 600 to 700 cyles
but on mil sets the PL is usually around 3 kcs deviation.
