Troops,

Just got through testing some radios.  We'll have a 51MHz FM station at 
HQ in the Howell building with a J-pole antenna.  For openers we'll be 
stuck with "NEW" squelch, 150 Hz tone, via a PRC-77 (Actually a 628K1, 
but that's a long story.)  I can't promise we'll have it manned 
full-time, but give a shout on the way in, and see what happens.
