Ray,
I don't know whether you are trying to get the original microphone and
headset or not but if so, it shouldn't be that difficult. The microphone is a
Signal Corps T-45 lip type. I have quite a few NOSB. The headset is the same
(including the skull cap) as that used on the MAB and, RBZ, except for the cord.
The one used with the DAV is a rubber-covered wye cord terminated in a Signal
Corps PL-54. I have 6 or so of the receivers. The wye cord from the RBZ
could be converted by cutting off the flat rubber connector and replacing it with
a PL-54 to mate with the JK-26 on the radio cord. I have some of the RBZ wye
cords but would have to do a physical check first to make sure that one is
with both of the RBZ's I have. Unless someone would like to buy a radio and
battery box standalone.
As a substitute for the headset, you could use a Signal Corps HS-30 with the
low impedance cord or a HS-33 or HS-38. For the microphone, an RS-38 or T-17
will work but you would have to build an adaptor cord to get from the PL-68
into the JK-48 on the cord. And of coruse no PTT.
