Ken,

If you can read a .TIF, I can send you a file that includes VB-12 (and VB-11 
and VB-13).

However, rather than rewiring the transmitter which is going to involve 
changing the socket, I'd suggest you build up a transistor astable replacement on 
an octal tube base.  You'll still need the vibrator basing in order to do that, 
though.

VB-12's are scarce enough to be approaching the rare point.
