[MRCA] Vibrators

There are a couple of places that have solid state replacements in 2,
3, 4, 6, 7, and 9 pin bases in voltages from 5 to 24 VDC. But they
are mostly for vacuum tube car radios. They are not in the VB series.
At least now I know what to look for. I will dig out the ER article
about building one. I have external power supplies that have every
voltage know to radio land but It doesn't seem right to power such a
small transmitter with a power supply that sports a pair of 866's and
weights 95 pounds, As soon as I land a manuals for these radios, a
AVT-112A, AVR-20A1, and the RVT-15 A. I will know what to do. The
AVT-112A is complete and in good visual condition, can any of you tell
me what frequency range the 112A has, It uses the large V Cut Crystal
Unit RCA AVA10D I have a number of these the one I have in hand is
cut for 3.805 Mhz, which if this little transmitter will operate in is
perfect.
