[MRCA] Chinese Military Type 102E HF Radio Set

Does anyone have one of these sets? ON our favourite auction house, there is one for sale for $200.. Is it worth it? It looks rather interesting. Apparently the RX works on dry batteries but the TX takes a hand cranked generator. I would think it would not be all that hard to come up with an AC supply for this set. 

Anyone have one of these beasties that can shed some light on it for me?
