[MRCA] Hallicrafters S-36A

Gents,
This is my problem. The S-36A does not match the manuals available, neither
the W7FG nor the free download. The differences do not appear to be
someone's modifications. The exterior is black krinkle. One difference is
the audio tube. The manuals call for a 6SL7; this contains a 6C8 with the
top grid connector and it appears to have been manufactured this way.
