[MRCA] 3.885 NVIS antennas

     Maybe if we conduct any 3.885 NVIS demos or ops before late AM it will work.  But I believe Al suggested an all-day-long demo of some kind.  If that's the case we'll need to look for a freq in the 7 MHz range or just use verticals on 3.885.

     I'm going to try my hand at building some version of the 2259 crossed dipole and run some tests this summer.  I'll let you guys know the results.
