The pressure is on! Yes, I still have plans on bringing some kind of NVIS crossed-dipole array similar to the AS-2259, but cut for 80 and 40 and possibly 60M. Fortunately the meet is in late September so I'm not right up against any timelines right now. But it's been 90+ degrees here in the DC area for the past month or so and I didn't feel much like experimenting in the front yard in this heat.
As I have no milrads that operate on HF, other than the -611, I suppose I would be looking for someone on this list to hook up a rig to whatever antenna I bring. I've lost track - would that be you, Dale? Whoever it is, MRCA (me + ?) should develop a test plan for this activity. I could see a QST article developing from it.
