[MRCA] Upcoming Meet Activities

Troops,

Plans for the meet in Gilbert are coming together nicely. 
On Friday afternoon, 17 Sep, we'll deploy HF and VHF 
stations to Big Pocono mountain as we did in the past.  This 
year we're arranging for a VHF base station at Gilbert.

On Saturday, we'll set up the field stations at the meet 
site.  If you're up early enough, you can check into the Old 
Military Radio Net, and get reports from up and down the 
East coast.  Late in the morning, we'll send a small 
contingent to a location a mile or two away to allow local 
operations.

Of course, there will be formal presentations on Saturday 
afternoon.  WE ARE IN NEED OF AN LCD PROJECTOR.  If someone 
can bring one, it will save us a rental.  Please let me know.
