[MRCA] To paint or not to paint.

My two cents:

There are lots of PRC-6's floating around.  I wouldn't 
hesitate to paint a couple of them the make myself happy. 
On the other hand, I wouldn't engage in wholesale 
refinishing of units I was just intending to pass along.
