Might be an EMS radio with a modulator for EKG data. These dated from the mid 70's, were an SP product built in Plantation, and had a toggle switch to select voice, EKG, or multiplex. These ran 1W and were meant to communicate thru a mobile repeater (Memcom) in the ambulance. As originally crystaled they used the 458 mhz med channels on TX and the 468 mhz med channels on receive. They often used the 463/468 mhz med dispatch channels too.
