[Motorola] Strange HT-220

Hello All,

I picked up a strange HT-220 radio.  I have worked on a lot of HT-220s 
but I have not seen one like this.  It is marked Z24FFP3191A.  There are 
no SP markings.  It is 6 channel omni, remote speaker mic only, no 
speaker or mic is internal.  There is not even a place for the speaker 
or mic inside, but the front looks like a normal HT-220.  There is also 
a board in the omni frame that I cannot identify.   The board is not 
complex, so it is not encryption.   This is an early A model.   Anybody 
know about this model?
