[Motorola] Motorola SL7550

Hello All,

I picked up a couple of dead Motorola SL7550 UHF radios model 
AAH1QCN9NA2AN.  I am not familiar with these radios at all. The 
immediate problem with them is that they won't power up. Batteries won't 
charge about about 2.6V, should be 3.7V.   Anybody got some advise 
before I start opening one of these things up?  Is there any trick to 
hooking these up to external power?
