[Motorola] Motorola Dual-Level Squelch IC - UPDATE

I did some research and discovered that the M7716 IC, part number
5183977M16, was assigned National Stock Number 5962-01-254-9361.  I found
that there were two suppliers of this particular chip:  Motorola and
Freescale Semiconductors Inc. in Tempe AZ.

It may be a long shot, but it is possible that Freescale may have some
leftover ICs.
