I am sad to report that the fabled MICOR Dual-Level Squelch IC is confirmed
NLA. The most recent iteration of this chip, the M7716, was cancelled only
recently- within the past 9 months. Here is the part number information for
all three versions of the same basic device:

SC6709 = 5184267A09 (Same as M6709)
M6179 = 5184561L79
M7716 = 5183977M16
