[Motorola] Wanted: Motorola MT1000 SP Programmer

Does anyone have a copy of the SP Motorola MT1000 RSS that permits  
extended frequency coverage inclusive of the amateur bands they'd  
like to share?  I know how to accomplish this by editing the file,  
but would much rather find a copy of the SP programmer.  It's out  
there somewhere.  I use SP versions for my Sabers and R100's and it's  
so much easier.
