[Motorola] KVL identification

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

The case is all plastic.

With the installed boards, can this be upgrades?

I have a second KVL without the hybrid.

The one with the hybrid will no allow me to enter hexidecimal numbers.

The on without the hybrid will allow hexidecimal entries.

Is this normal?
