[Motorola] GM300 model ID

Does anyone know if the model ID chart BatLabs has for the GM300 is correct?  I see many GM300 radios on Ebay claiming to be 136-174Mhz.  According to BatLabs that bandsplit does not exist.  I'm looking for the 136-162Mhz split radio.  So that model number should be something like M33GMC20D1A .  Is the last number in the model number the one for the bandsplit?  Is the (1) truly 136-162 and the (2) 146-174Mhz for the GM300?  Thanks,Jeff
