Add a jumper to position JU7 on the control head board. This will bypass the power button and keep the radio turned on at all times.

Alternately, some form of UPS or battery across the input. However, if A+ is lost to the deck, you will always have to punch the button to get the radio to power back up.

Final solution is a control head with a hard power switch - A4 or W4 rotary.
