[Motorola] Spectra "Fail 001" Help Please

If it worked for awhile then stopped working, I'd be more inclined to
believe that you have the dreaded leaky cap syndrome. It's possible that
you're on the hairy edge... try something that's one meg up, see if it works
better... but I'm betting caps.
