John,

There are two programming cables used on Spectra radios, and which one to
use is dependent upon which model radio you have. A high power (110 watt)
Spectra radio needs the 0180300B10 cable, which plugs into the 25-pin
connector J6 under the handle. The low or medium power Spectra radio needs
the 3080369B73 cable, which plugs into the rear accessory connector J2.
Both cables are available from Motorola Parts; the B10 cable costs about $55
and the B73 cable costs about $85.

Subject: [Motorola] Need RIB cord for Spectra mobile

Hi y'all,
I need to find a rib cord for my Spectra, so I can do the upload
myself.
I have the Authorized version of the software from DoD, but the cord
supplied with the kit and radio was 'eaten' during storage. I found a
company that
makes overlays for NBFM within the radio, but the process blanks the
memory.
