[Motorola] Need RIB cord for Spectra mobile

Is it a high power or low/medium power radio?  The programming cable is 
simple on a high power radio, db-25 to db-25, and it can be made in a matter 
of minutes, the low/medium power radios however need something a little more 
complicated but it's still easy to build.
