[Motorola] spectra manual

Hello Everyone

I am new to Motorola mobile radios and have just got a spectra but don't 
have manual. Can anyone point me the right direction to getting a manual, 
possibly online that I can download.

I would like some opinions on the following radios MCS-2000,  MCX-1000, 
Spectra Astra  how easy are these to programm and work on.
