[Motorola] Motorola HT Family Tree ?

The HT-100 came out during the early days of the
HT-220.  However, due to the very low power and small
size they were never popular.  When I owned the
Motorola reconditioned equipment center for the
south-central U.S. (1970 until Motorola went out of
that "end" of the business in 1979) we only saw a very
small number of HT-100 units.
