Have a bunch of manuals and a few single unit chargers for HT-220s. No
elements needed--just crystals. You have any model numbers? There were quite
a few board versions.

Subject: [Motorola] HT-220 and -500 manuals?

Gents:

I have an armful (literally) of HT220's and HT500's that I'd like to
recrystal to the Amateur bands (2M and 440.) Can someone point me to a
source for manuals (and elements?) for these things? Also, I'd be
interested in any and all ideas about homebrewing battery sets as well.
I've done a bit of battery improvisation on old military squad radios, so I
am confident this can be done. Thanks.

P.S. I'm new to this reflector and haven't gone through the archives yet.
