[Motorola] Programming Software for CP200

[Jim, K8COP]

The CP200 software is "window based" and will not work in dos.  The software 
is not that expensive.  We just purchased the software and cable and it was 
under $300.00 from Motorola.  The only legal way to obtain the software.
