[Motorola] Programming Software for CP200

Hello
 
Can anyone point me in the right direction for obtaining programming  
software for the Radius"CP200" portable? Is the radio "old" enough that I might  be 
able to obtain the software without having to buy it from Motorola? Our Fire  
Dept. is going to purchase approx. (30) of these units, and needs the 
capability  to make frequency corrections quickly. We have decided on these radios, as 
they  meet the "Narrow Banding" (2.5kHz) scheme happening in the next few 
years. I am  also told that these radios are able to be "Cloned", which is a plus!
 
I have a RIB, so is the programming cable all I require. I have good  success 
using a DOS 6.22 machine (386-16) for programming Motorola Maxtrac,  Radius 
mobiles. Thanks for any assistance with my endeavor.
