[Motorola] Band Mod for CDM-1550s?

I think Moto will provide other freq limits if the customer asks for it. 
Consider the military's use of the 30-88 MHz band for their tactical FM 
radios.  I believe they can also buy current Moto radios that include that 
range.  Might be worth checking on.  Of course, they might hit the non-mil 
buyer with some sort of "special engineering" fee.
