[Motorola] GMRS capable 12V base station

Good afternoon,

I am new to this reflector... And looking for a multi channel (15 or 20
channels) that can be programmed in the UHF (462 Mhz area) band on the
GMRS frequencies.  Would like to have it user programable if possible,
and the capability of "Private Line" use with the normal "private line"
tones.

Unit should be able to transmit 5 watts.  I have heard of several small
base/mobile units that can be setup to do this.  

Any help would be appreciated... And if anyone has any of these units
available I would like to talk to you.
